Job Title: Ontario Regional Manager
Organizations: 200×85/Premier Ice Prospects (PIP) & Klevr Super League (KSL)
Position Overview
Premier Ice Prospects (PIP) and the Klevr Super League (KSL) are seeking a motivated, organized and detail-oriented individual for a full-time Ontario based remote position to support and enhance a growing portfolio of elite youth hockey events and programming in Canada.
Working closely with the President of KSL and the Director of Girls’ Hockey for PIP, the Regional Manager will play a key role in planning, executing and delivering high-quality experiences for players, families, coaches and partner organizations.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend and support current events and programming for PIP and KSL
- Scout to identify and recruit new players to programs
- Assist in planning and launching new events and initiatives to expand programming
- Participate in weekly meetings with leadership and operations teams
- Communicate effectively with player families and participating organizations
- Coordinate event logistics including scheduling, staffing, and on-site execution
- Represent PIP and KSL at events while upholding organizational standards
Qualifications & Requirements
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently at times and manage responsibilities with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proven ability to lead and support staff in often changing environments
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends during peak event periods
- Proficiency with technology, including communication tools, scheduling platforms, and event management systems
- Willingness and ability to travel throughout Canada and the United States
